MxApprove, developed by A3J Group, LLC, serves as a mobile workflow inbox for IBM Maximo Asset Management. This application addresses a critical need for users of IBM Maximo who must regularly approve or reject various system records throughout their standard lifecycles. Common tasks include the approval of Purchase Requisitions for non-stock purchases related to Work Order planning, revisions of Contracts and Purchase Orders, electronic approvals of Invoices, and updates to Job Plans. Administrators typically leverage Maximo's electronic workflow capabilities to standardize and automate these processes.

During these lifecycles, assignments are often delegated to individuals or groups requiring timely review and decision-making. Traditionally, users are required to log into the web application via their desktop to manage their Assignments Inbox, a process that can be cumbersome in today’s fast-paced work environment.

MxApprove addresses this challenge by enabling users to access their inbox remotely. The application allows them to review assigned records and perform actions such as accepting, rejecting, or reassigning tasks efficiently while on the move, utilizing the authorized IBM Maximo APIs.
